Just to introduce myself, my name is Ian McMillan and I am the owner/Manager of the shop and run it with my trusty sidekick, Honey. You can also follow Honey on Twitter.

I have an extensive background in the pet industry and worked for both chains and the independent shops before making the plunge to go it alone. I have a simple philosophy to provide premium pet food & products to my customers along with good old-fashioned customer service. I have access to over 20,000 products and hope to always being able to meet my customer’s needs. I operate a free delivery service for the local area, so your pet’s needs are only a phone call away.
